Buttons and Bow Dress Form

I used a gorgeous image from Rick St Dennis called Buttons and Bow dress form , together with some diecut flowers made by using Picked Raspberry distress ink to get the same colour as on the ribbon on the image. All images are pre-shadowed which makes it really easy to just colour and still get a very professional result. When I decide who to give the card to I will put the recipient's name in die cut letters on the bottom of the card.

Rick St. Dennis' Pierrot Masque on Canvas! Colored by KristyLee

Good morning Friends,

I have used a beautiful Peirrot for a canvas project, and I would like to share it with you.

I have used a digi stamp curtsy of Rick St. Dennis called “Pierrot Masque” (Follow link to get yours!)

I have colored the image using Prismacolor pencils. The canvas is a 5×7 canvas board. I used Gelatos for the back ground, the black Harlequin print, and for the fill in of the leaves.
I used a quote from Oscar Wile.

I hope your up coming weekend is wonderful. Thank you for stopping by and for your comments.

My Valentine!

Happy Sunday... I know it's a bit late for valentines Day, but I wanted to share this super cute Valentines Turtle Digi with you, as it doesn't have to necessarily be just Valentines.  It would also make a great birthday or spring image.  I often let the designer paper guide my colors, as I did here.  I used copic markers to color, as I always do.  I hope you like this super cute turtle, as much as I do.  Have a great day and happy crafting!

February monthly image

Good day to you all out there in blogland. We do hope that this month finds you all hale and hearty after the excesses of Christmas have been worked off and the worst of the bugs have been knocked into touch.
February is traditionally that when the heart rules with St Valentine's day falling smack bang in the middle.  That day when tokens of  love are passed to those dear to us and those we would like to be.
We'll get back to this in a minute because there are some gorgeous pieces of art from the EDT featuring our little lovelorn soul for February.
Something to put in your diaries for February over on our other blog - Airless Chambers - is a little 3-day-blog-hop. Suffice it to say it will be the darker side of Rick's pen that will be featured. You'll have to wait and see what we come up with starting February 11th.

Firstly, the news of who won the January monthly challenge using Baby Bacchus. Not many entries but those that were entered were gorgeous. There can only be one winner though and that is
Deonna B with this cutie
Please contact Rick for how to claim your prize.

Now, those that received the newsletter will have noticed some changes. There are to be no more monthly freebies. Instead there are two ways of obtaining the image. February's image will be sent with any purchase between today (1st Feb) and the 15th and thereafter it will be available in the shops On ETSY as a download and on Zibbet as an email image. We have also changed the way the monthly prize is awarded. The more people entering the challenge - the bigger the prize. So get encouraging your friends to enter and reap the benefits. The closing date for the feb challenge is the 22nd. This gives us all a chance to wander through your blogs, leave some love and deliberate on our favourite. No Mr Random here.

The girls on the EDT have really been working hard to bring you their renditions of our saucy little February character "Happy Heart Day"

Karen C

There's a new page specially for you all to link those gorgeous projects, have a look up top. One rule only exists - all projects submitted have to have our little fella featured. It really is anything goes after that. Hope to see you there.
Thank you everyone for your continued support, we really do appreciate it.
Don't forget to come and say "Hi" over in Facebook and feature your project there as well.
